Resolved: I like the product.
I like the product but I didn't like that I got sent another Creatine and I didn't order one or subcribe to it either. I been trying to fix it and their not doing nothing about it.
I received another creatine monohydrate for women, and I did not order it. I just ordered one only a while back to try it out. But I did not order another one.

I purchased a product once they subscribe me to the product without my knowledge just to find out three month later that there was a charge to my account. I’m trying to cancel this “subscription”
I purchased their product once just to find out three month later they subscribed me without my knowledge, now theyre charging me for the product that I do not wish to buy, I am trying to cancel it without any luck.
I dialed customer service number, it rings busy I tried to chat with AI, which didnt get me anywhere. It just asked me to make additional fully refundable five dollars payment to cancel the subscription, when I entered my information. My bank declined and notified me right away it says it wasnt just five dollars like AI told me it was $45
now Im sitting here waiting and cannot get anywhere with this cancellation.
Not only this product doesnt work , Anyone who thinks buying from this company I would suggest run before they put you on a hook.

I ordered replica GH November 29th. It was supposed to be delivered to me on december third, which it was not.
I have sent them 3 or 4 messages with my concerns. In telling them that I have not received my product and it's been really bad customer service. They have not even tried to expedite my order to me.And now it is december twelfth and I am still waiting.
As a first time buyer, I will never use this company again regardless. Of how good the products might be.

I used my email, to try and cancel my subscription. Old School Labs sent me bogus links that would not allow me to access my account.
Ive been a customer for years, Im extremely dissatisfied with the after when you want to cancel your subscription. OSL has a new product I wanted to try, but after this service, I longer trust OSL. There is another company i will go through. I encourage you to pull up my account.
